Manager - Audit & Assurance
We are currently seeking a Manager to join our growing Audit and Assurance department.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Serving as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and discussing findings.
- Leading audit teams, providing guidance, and ensuring efficient performance.
- Reviewing audit workpapers and ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
- Preparing audit reports, presenting findings to management and clients, and providing recommendations.
- Staying updated on auditing standards, providing technical expertise, and resolving complex issues.
- Managing audit timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Mentoring and developing junior staff members.
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with audit engagements.
- Staying updated on auditing and financial reporting standards (ISAs and IFRSs) and providing technical support.
Candidate Profile
- Degree Graduate (2:1 or 7/10 or 3.5/4).
- ACCA/ACA/CPA member with a minimum of 9 years of total audit experience.
- Experience with IFRS, Risk management policies, International Code of Ethics and AML procedures
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Greek.
- Strong business awareness and high ethical standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical judgment skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and professional skills.
- Team-oriented with a strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in auditing software, including Caseware, and excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
