Sales Manager - Cyprus (on behalf of a Client)
On behalf of our client, Neurosoft, a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP), we are looking to hire a Sales Manager for their Cyprus operations.

A Sales Manager at Neurosoft excels at creating and closing new business opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person uses their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
- Build analytical account plans and opportunity-closing plans
- Achieve profitable growth and hit sales targets by building a solid sales pipeline and successfully managing a customer portfolio
- Utilize company resources to develop and implement strategic solutions to achieve key clients’ long-term goals
- Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
- Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings (solutions & products)
- Recommend and implement improvements and optimizations in the customer approach process
- Monitor the sales opportunities pipeline and address or escalate issues that impact sales performance
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying fully aware of new products and competitive status
- Conduct competitive analysis
- Potential to recruit, train, and manage a sales team, fostering a positive and productive work environment (upon significant market size growth and justification)
- Potential to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets through coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback (upon significant market size growth and justification)
- Potential to manage budgets, forecasts, and sales expenses (upon significant market size growth and justification)
Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in the IT industry/enterprise accounts
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong market knowledge
- Experience in Cyber Security is highly desirable
- A graduate degree or relevant qualifications are an advantage
- Ability to build reports
- Strong presentation and organizational skills
- Very good written and verbal communication skills (Greek & English)
- Time management and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Teamwork spirit with a result-oriented mentality
- Work ethically, with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and use information appropriately
